Main steps for pipeline designing are considering routing pipeline, evaluating external environment conditions (such as soil investigation), design and settlement of compressor and pump stations, pipe flexibility analysis.
After pipe flexibility analysis, stress values will be kept below the necessary codes and design will be done accordingly. Pipe supports design, piping material and grade selection, Wall thickness design, corrosion control is done based on analysis result and fluid type and pressure requirements.
