DETRA supplies pipe spool pieces according to customer isometry and drawings.

With high experience on supplying of piping materials we produce high quality prefabricated spools according to EN 13480 or ASME 31.3 and PED requirements.

All spools are manufactured based on customer requirements and technical specs and international norms. Only certified welders and welding procedures (PQRs and WPS) are used during manufacturing.

DETRA is able to weld carbon, low alloy and alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and also special alloys by certified welders for pipe spools. Our pre-fabricated pipe spools reduce your site erection costs.

We also supply pipe spools with PTFE lined which is suitable with ASTM D4895/D4894 and ASTM F1545-15A. PTFE lined pipe, fitting, elbow and flanged spools (both rotary or fixed types) are available.

Spools can be certified with CE. Manufacturing and tests are done according to project ITP. Non destructive tests of welds and piping materials and hydrostatic tests are done at shop.
